We test your camera, package it securely with discreet packaging within 1–2 business days.
Shipped
Your order is dispatched with full tracking. You'll receive a tracking number by email.
Delivered
Your package arrives in plain, unmarked packaging. Delivery times vary by shipping tier selected.
Estimated Delivery
Standard Peninsular Malaysia delivery takes 3-5 business days. East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak) may take an additional 1-2 days. Express and Priority tiers are available for faster delivery.
Shipping Cost
Free shipping on orders over RM700. Standard shipping RM18, Express RM28, Priority RM38. All tiers include full tracking and discreet packaging.
Package Tracking
All orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Returns & Exchanges
14-day return policy for unused, unopened items. Manufacturing defects covered for 30 days.
