Shipped
Your order is dispatched via tracked courier with full tracking. You'll receive a tracking number by email.
Delivered
Your package arrives in plain, unmarked packaging. Delivery times vary by shipping tier selected.
Estimated Delivery
Standard UK delivery takes 2–4 business days. Shipping tiers: Free (5–8 days), Standard (3–5 days), Express (1–3 days), Next Day (1 day).
Shipping Cost
Free shipping on orders over £120. Standard shipping £5. Express £10 and Next Day £15 options available.
Package Tracking
All orders include tracked courier tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Returns & Exchanges
14-day return policy for unused, unopened items in accordance with UK Consumer Rights Act 2015. Manufacturing defects covered for 30 days.
