Shipped
Your order is dispatched via tracked courier with full tracking. You'll receive a tracking number by email.
Delivered
Your package arrives in plain, unmarked packaging. Delivery times vary by shipping tier selected.
Estimated Delivery
Standard Australian delivery takes 3–5 business days to metro areas in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, Gold Coast, Canberra, and Hobart. Regional and remote deliveries may take additional time via tracked courier.
Shipping Cost
Free shipping on orders over A$250 to anywhere in Australia. Standard shipping from A$10. Express (A$20) and Priority (A$30) options available for faster delivery.
Package Tracking
All orders include tracked courier. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Returns & Exchanges
14-day return policy for unused, unopened items, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Manufacturing defects covered for 30 days.
