1. Terms of Service
Welcome to XXSCAM (hereinafter referred to as 'the Platform'). By using the Platform, you agree to be bound by the following terms. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use the Platform. The Platform reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue services at any time without prior notice. We recommend that you review these terms regularly.
2. Responsible Use
All products sold on the Platform are intended for lawful use only, including but not limited to home security, property protection, personal safety monitoring, and nanny monitoring. Customers are responsible for ensuring their use complies with all applicable Australian state and federal laws, including the relevant Surveillance Devices Act in their state or territory. XXSCAM strictly opposes the use of our products for any illegal activities including but not limited to invasion of privacy, unauthorised surveillance, or any activity prohibited by Australian law. Product prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) at the time of purchase. Prices may vary by currency and locale.
3. Payment Terms
The Platform processes all credit card payments through Stripe. Your credit card is charged immediately when you place an order. If an order is cancelled for any reason, a full refund will be issued. Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement. Prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD). All settlements are processed securely via Stripe.
4. Shipping Terms
The Platform offers multiple shipping tiers for Australian deliveries. Free shipping is available on qualifying orders over A$250. After dispatch, estimated delivery varies by shipping tier selected. Delivery times are estimates only. The Platform is not liable for any losses caused by logistics delays. Recipients should inspect items upon delivery.
5. Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy for unused, unopened items in original packaging, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Items with manufacturing defects may be returned within 30 days for replacement. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not affected by this policy. Please contact our customer service team before returning any items. Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, images, logos, designs and software, is protected by intellectual property law. No content may be reproduced, modified, distributed or used in any manner without the Platform's written consent.
