These Terms of Service govern your use of the XXSCAM website (xxscam.com) and your purchase of products. By browsing or registering an account you confirm you have read and accept these terms. If you do not accept any part, please stop using the site immediately.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or placing an order you confirm: (a) you are 18 years or older; (b) the personal data you supply is true and accurate; (c) you agree to be bound by these terms and the Privacy Policy. If ordering on behalf of an organisation you confirm you have authority to do so.
2. Account Registration
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Report any unauthorised use to security@xxscam.com immediately. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, supply false information or engage in fraud or abuse.
3. Orders and Pricing
All orders are subject to our review and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse orders, limit quantities per customer, and correct pricing or stock errors. Product prices are as shown at checkout (excluding import duties or customs fees which may be collected by the destination customs). Payment is processed by Stripe over an encrypted connection.
4. Shipping and Risk Transfer
We ship via international air courier with an average transit of 7-14 business days. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, public holidays or force majeure. Risk transfers to you upon courier acceptance of the shipment. If the parcel is visibly damaged on delivery, refuse acceptance and contact customer service. See the "Shipping" page for details.
5. Intellectual Property
All text, images, trademarks, designs, source code and product descriptions on this site are the property of XXSCAM or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify or commercially use any content without prior written permission. Product reviews you submit are licensed non-exclusively to XXSCAM for use on the site.
6. Liability Limitation
We use commercially reasonable efforts to provide accurate product information and reliable service, but we are not liable (except where mandatory law applies) for: (a) brief website downtime or third-party service interruptions; (b) damage arising from your misuse of a product; (c) indirect or consequential losses beyond the actual purchase price of the product. These terms do not limit your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law.
7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong SAR. Any dispute is first to be settled by good-faith negotiation; if not resolved within 60 days, it is referred to the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) under its rules in force at the time. EU consumers may alternatively bring proceedings in their local courts and access the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (ODR).
